Diasporic Jewish poetry queering transnational embodiment in response to pink-washing occupation by the Israeli state. The work will be released with multiple points of access including written poetry, spoken-word audio-collage, and ASL.
More to come on this project, it will be released in the media arts show Digital Carnival: Z put on by Cinevolution. “Z references the gender-neutral pronoun ‘zie,’ the emergent generation-Z, and the possibilities for moving beyond the XX/XY binary,” and will be up from April 21-June 5th 2021.
